Job Summary / Company : Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Manager of Field Service Engineers to lead a team supporting the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio / video recording and logging hardware / software solutions for mission-critical environments. This role combines technical leadership with team management—ensuring customer systems remain reliable, issues are resolved efficiently, and the team continues to grow in capability.
