Our team offers exclusive lead sources, proven systems, and on-the-field training so you’re never left to figure it out on your own. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where success is shared, and your effort directly drives your earnings.
This is a commission-only position; compensation is based on transactions closed.
Compensation:$120,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Maintain adherence to licensing requirements and brokerage policies.
- Represent buyers and sellers throughout the entire transaction process.
- Attend structured mentorship and skill-building sessions with experienced agents and the broker.
- Conduct property showings, draft offers, and negotiate on clients’ behalf.
- Follow up promptly with provided leads and log interactions in the CRM.
Qualifications:- Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly.
- Active real estate license required.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with commission-only earnings.
- Self-motivated and able to manage a personal pipeline effectively.
