A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer / Studio Head.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the end-to-end game development process for internal and external projects
Drive portfolio-level planning and execution, ensuring appropriate staffing and resource allocation
Analyze operations to identify areas for process enhancement and report on operational metrics
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Gaming, Technology, or equivalent experience
15+ years of applicable games industry experience
Extensive knowledge in game development and publishing
Experience shipping 2+ titles in a Senior Management role
Senior Management experience in promoting productivity and seamless studio operations
