Estimated Weekly Pay : $2310 - $2470 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey

Minimum 2 years of recent travel nursing experience in large hospital Labor & Delivery units with high-risk pregnancies

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification – Required

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – Required

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

L&D RN Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations

Deliver high-quality nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients, including those with high-risk conditions

Demonstrate proficiency with emergency equipment and labor & delivery procedures

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress in compliance with healthcare standards

Promote patient and family satisfaction through professional and compassionate interactions

Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals and Universal Protocols to ensure patient safety

Individualize patient care based on procedures, diagnoses, and anesthesia type

Educate patients and families on procedures, instructions, and post-operative care

Support Pre Admission Testing (PAT) and ensure timely completion of patient testing

Collaborate with the perioperative and clinical support team, prioritizing patient care and adapting to changing conditions
