Job Description

Demonstrate ability to work safely in a production environment. Responsible for overseeing the shipping and receiving operation in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. Ability to operate a forklift. Organize, order, and schedule materials for the most efficient access in the support of production. Responsible for designated areas for 5s compliance. Will be required to work and / or fill in any shipping / receiving roles (including the Shipping Supervisor) or other tasks designated by the supervisor. Computer skills required including Microsoft Office, JDE, and Rate Linx.

Normal Job Tasks

• Works safely and leads by example
• General upkeep and 5s of designated areas
• Maintain records and data log sheet
• Operate a forklift
• Generate packing lists, BOLs, and deliver to warehouse
• Various logistical support duties
• Open communication with supporting departments
