Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, implement, and evaluate surgical patient care in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to coordinate patient care effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a sterile field and adhere to all aseptic practices.
• Prepare medications and solutions, ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and controlled OR environment.
• Return equipment and supplies to their designated places post-surgery.
• Participate in the training and orientation of new staff members.
• Handle additional duties like preparing for add-on cases and supporting the overall efficiency of the OR.
