A financially strong multi-specialty group of 400 providers located 90 miles east of San Francisco is seeking to add an additional outpatient psychiatrist based on growth and increased patient demand. This is a quality first, stable organization with low turnover and a collegial practice environment. Opportunity Highlights :

Outpatient only with some telework available

4-4.5 days per week with low paperwork demands

Starting base is $303,000 with two year guarantee with RVU bonus

Two-year shareholder track with annual profit sharing

Group paid malpractice with no tail

Full health, dental vision, life disability, relocation, sign on

12% 401K with no matching required

RVU based comp starting the 2nd year

Loan or mortgage assistance up to $150,000

Residency stipend possible
