We are looking for an energetic Customer Success Intern to help drive our growth and assist in administrative tasks within the Customer Success & Sales departments.

Responsibilities :

• Resolve tickets and streamline those requests to the proper teams
• Assist Customer Success team with client research
• Analyze customer data to help team propose new products
• Answer written inquiries through our e-mail system
• Maintain clean data in our CRM
• Work in close cooperation with our customer care team and the enterprise team
• Schedule meetings for representatives
