About the Role :
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for J & J Air's HVAC clientshandling incoming calls, entering appointment requests into a computer-based scheduling system, and coordinating with our HVAC service and sales teams to ensure timely and efficient response. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using scheduling and dispatch software, and have strong organizational skills to manage priorities while maintaining clear and professional communication with both clients and team members.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently via phone calls, emails and chat messagesMonitor dispatch schedule for booking conflicts and make needed changesRespond to phone, email and chat messages promptlyMaintain accurate records, such as client survey phone calls and follow-up reportsProvide exceptional customer service to clients and staffUtilize dispatch software to dispatch, track and manage schedulesCollaborate with team members to improve operational efficiencyRequirements :
Previous experience in dispatching, HVAC preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentData entry experienceProficient in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office SuiteDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsKnowledge of the Grand Strand area for planning dispatch routes
