Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in ERP, SaaS, and custom application solutions. This role will lead enterprise-wide transformation programs and large-scale IT initiatives that cut across business functions including manufacturing, patient services, finance, and sales. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project management methodologies, proven experience delivering complex IT projects, and the ability to align technology initiatives with business strategy in a regulated environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Program & Project Leadership

• Lead large, cross-functional IT programs impacting multiple business units (ERP, SaaS, CRM, custom solutions).
• Drive strategic IT initiatives from concept through implementation and project closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts; manage financial performance including actuals vs. forecasts.
• Establish and monitor metrics to proactively identify risks and manage mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA, ISO, and internal quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
