Pay Rate : $24-25 / hour

Position Overview : We're seeking a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support our affordable multifamily apartment communities. You'll help with leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day operations-making a real impact by helping individuals and families find quality, affordable housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents with professionalism and care
• Conduct property tours, process applications, and complete move-ins and renewals
• Support compliance with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.)
• Coordinate maintenance requests and help ensure property appearance
• Assist with rent collection, reporting, and occupancy goals
