Job description
A company is looking for a Team Lead Developer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a cross-functional full-stack development team, ensuring efficient collaboration and project execution
Oversee all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC) while adhering to Agile methodologies
Deliver robust software solutions and implement best practices in quality assurance and testing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
4 years of experience in software development or a related technical field
Proficiency in C#, Java, JavaScript, and SQL
Experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and Azure DevOps
Proven experience leading Agile development teams and mentoring developers
