Position : Therapist-OT-Occupational Therapist (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in Monterey, California.

Develop personalized treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.

Achieve set targets and contribute to the success of the therapy department.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Track and document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.

Utilize pipelines to assess and enhance potential success in therapy outcomes.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Engage in continuous professional development and learning opportunities.

Maintain high visibility of work activity and results within the team.

Adapt to changing patient needs and therapy techniques.

Provide feedback and support to peers to foster a growth-oriented environment.

Participate in community outreach to promote occupational therapy services.

Experience / Qualifications

Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid credentials to practice in California.

Minimum of 2 years experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a travel setting.

Proficiency in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.

Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care.

Excellent documentation skills for tracking and adjusting patient progress.

Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

Strong communication skills for effective patient and peer interactions.

Familiarity with using pipelines to assess therapy outcomes.

Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and therapy techniques.

Experience in community outreach to promote therapy services.
