A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer (S / 4HANA) to support client technical operations and system transitions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and customize Boomi processes for client system integration and support clients during billing system transitions
Monitor integration health, troubleshoot data flow issues, and manage alerts across client environments
Serve as Level 2 technical escalation, collaborating with internal teams and clients to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of technical experience in integration engineering, DevOps, or technical support
Experience with REST APIs, SQL queries, and integration platforms like Boomi
Familiarity with system monitoring and alerting systems
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience in high-pressure environments, particularly related to billing operations
