A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer to join their Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction with products
Provide technical guidance and strategic advice for optimizing AI assistants
Support customers through issue resolution and communicate insights to product teams
Required Qualifications
Deep technical expertise in Rasa or equivalent conversational AI / NLP technologies
Experience working with technical and business decision-makers
Proficiency in Python or Full Stack applications, with DevOps experience preferred
Experience managing on-prem licensed software solutions is a plus
Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
