Overview
Area Customer Service Coordinator, Minneapolis MN (Required to Travel Various Locations around MN). Contract Duration : 12 Months. Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. Driving : Yes, you will need to drive personal car; MVR is needed. Client will pay mileage.
Supports daily operations, service delivery, and administration across multiple Managed Services Accounts in a designated operational area. This mobile position requires travel between customer sites, supporting tasks such as mail distribution, print production, toner management, and customer assistance. Must be adaptable, a quick learner, and comfortable in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist with contracted services at multiple customer locations across a geographic area
- Fill in for on-site personnel during absences, vacations, or business needs, including temporary site management
- Perform mailroom duties, print production, equipment support (toner changes, service calls), and customer-facing tasks
- Support implementations, expansions, and onboarding of new team members
- Develop, review, and maintain Site Procedure Guides and ensure compliance
- Collect and submit data for operational reviews; assist with process improvement initiatives
- Conduct visual safety inspections and ensure compliance with Ricoh and customer procedures
- Communicate with end users, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to leadership
- Travel to and from various accounts; mileage reimbursed
- Maintain a clean, customer-focused environment
- Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for administrative duties
- Lift / move items up to 50 lbs. and push / pull equipment up to 400 lbs.
- Perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality and efficiency
- Work hours may vary by site (earliest opening 6 AM, latest closing 7 PM+); weekend flexibility may be required
Requirements
