NURSE ASSISTANT - CERTIFIED

Acute / ER / Swing Bed

Join our staff of caring professionals providing aide and assistance to Hospital and ER patients.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to :

• Maintains performance at level of certification, basic, intermediate, advanced or expert
• Responds to signal lights / bells to determine patients' needs
• Bathes, dresses, and undresses patients
• Serves and collects food trays and assists patients who require help
• Assists residents with ambulation
• Toilets patients, assists to toilet or changes patients soiled undergarment
• Changes bed linens
• Responsible to record intake and output and to record tray monitors
• Oral and dental care
• Follow established Restorative Program and document results
• Places resident / patient wishes and supports their choices concerning mealtimes, bed / wake up times, clothing choices, etc.
