Our client, SAFY, is seeking Clinical Therapists for the Central Indiana Division. For 40 years, their work has rested on a single, radical idea – children belong in families. SAFY is a team of 500 employees across seven states providing services such as Family Preservation & Reunification, Behavioral Health, Therapeutic Foster Care, Adoption Services and Older Youth Services so the families and children served can build resilience and thrive.
As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide clinical services to youth and families, using evidence-based interventions and trauma-informed care to help children heal and grow. These roles are part of our new Intensive Foster Care program, offering a 4-day work week for eligible candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 20 hours / week for client services (e.g., travel, calls, meetings, court appearances) and 20 hours / week for documentation, meetings, and supervision.Deliver intensive clinical services, including assessments, treatment and safety planning, crisis intervention, therapy, and discharge planning.Use evidence-based practices (Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Family Systems Therapy) to support client recovery from trauma, mental illness, and substance abuse.Address family dysfunction, coordinate behavioral interventions for at-risk youth, and provide crisis intervention and safety planning.Collaborate with DCS, schools, providers, and community partners to strengthen mental health care services.Ensure timely documentation, compliance with licensing, and attend required meetings and training.Participate in an on-call rotation for 24 / 7 family safety needs.QUALIFICATIONS
LCSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred.We will also consider candidates who are working towards their independent licensure. These licenses in IN would be LSW (with Master’s) / LMHCA / LMFTA.Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, Sociology, Child & Family Studies, or a related human services field required. Must be eligible for licensure.At least 2 years of experience working with children, families, or within the child welfare system preferred.Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance required.
