Job Overview
A healthcare system in Hawaii is seeking to add another BE / BC Psychiatrist to their established team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further grow a community‑focused practice. Those with additional training in Child & Adolescent are also welcome to apply. At least 5 years of previous leadership experience is required for the role.
Opportunity
- Outpatient only - 10-14 patients a day
- Senior Medical Directorship with stipend - 3 days of clinic and 2 dedicated days for medical directorship responsibilities
- $330,000+ Compensation - Guaranteed Base Salary, Productivity Incentives, and an Annual Quality Incentive Bonus
- Additional Stipend for Medical Directorship responsibilities
- $20,000 Sign‑on Bonus and $20,000 Relocation Bonus
- Qualify for Student Loan Repayment - HELP, HSLRP
- Comprehensive Benefits Package including Health / Dental / Vision insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, Malpractice Insurance Coverage, CME with Allowance
