Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A part-time position is available for a knowledgeable School Psychologist to serve an elementary school for the 2025 / 26 school year. This contract role involves working three days per week at a single school site located in Aurora, IL. The opportunity suits professionals looking to make a meaningful impact within an elementary school setting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for elementary students
  • Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to address student needs and promote social-emotional well-being
  • Provide consultation and guidance on behavioral interventions and crisis management
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and offer data-driven recommendations

Qualifications and Desired Experience :

  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school environment
  • Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and best practices for learning and behavioral interventions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a part-time schedule effectively
