Clinical Coordinator 7 days a week o Night Shift RN, LPN, C.N.A. Clinical Team Leads 7 nights a week Patient Ratios 1 : 5, occasional 1 : 6 if in critical staffing shortage and all resources utilized. Non-typical. Type of equipment Hill Rom beds, Baxter IV pumps, SCD pumps etc EMR Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS & ACLS TELEMETRY EXPERIENCE Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. CHARGE EXPERIENCE List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : CENTRAL LINE PLACEMENT Most procedures done in procedural area s or if patient upgraded to ICU will be performed there. Best personality Fit : Team oriented and very close staff on unit. Dress Code : Scrub Color - Professional scrubs, patterns and colors okay.
