Director of Growth Analytics

A company is looking for a Director of Growth Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for interpreting and analyzing development data to support strategic decision-making

Develop and refine forecasting and opportunity-identification algorithms

Partner with teams to ensure global, enterprise-accessible development reporting and forecasting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field

7+ years of experience in data and analytics, ideally within the hospitality sector

Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data systems and analysis

Proficient in analytics tools and platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx

Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
