Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in pediatrics is needed to provide comprehensive speech therapy services for K-12 students in multiple schools within the Fountain, CO area. This contract position is for the 2025-26 school year and offers a range of full-time and part-time opportunities in an engaging educational setting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and create Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
  • Provide both direct and indirect therapy services across multiple schools.
  • Manage and maintain caseload in accordance with district policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and coordinate with educational staff to support student progress.
  • Travel itinerantly to deliver services and provide in-home therapy as required.

Qualifications :

  • Current Colorado SLP license and valid Teaching Certificate from the Colorado Department of Education (CDE).
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
  • Experience with pediatric populations, K-12 school settings, and caseload management.
  • Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time with flexible scheduling.
  • Comfortable conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and providing therapy both onsite and in-home.

  • Interview formats include Zoom or in-person options and will be scheduled promptly.
  • Fingerprinting and credential verification are required prior to starting.
