We are looking for a dedicated General Laborer to join our team in a dynamic metal fabrication manufacturing environment. This role offers an opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to a thriving company that values its employees.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain laser and machine equipment efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints and sheet metal layouts.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure production goals are met.

Work Environment

Work in a metal fabrication manufacturing setting that maintains a fairly clean environment, though it is not climate controlled. Choose from various shifts : 1st shift from 6 : 50am to 3pm, 2nd shift from 2 : 50pm to 11pm, or 3rd shift from 10 : 50pm to 7am.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plain City, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50 / hr.
