Full Time Nanny - UES Family

Full-time live-out Nanny required for an UES family with two sons (b. 2022 + 2025) starting no later than early January, 2026. Specific duties to be negotiated with the family, but in general, you will be responsible for all child related duties including providing nurturing care and interacting with their sons in a loving, attentive and age-appropriate way. To be successful in this role, you will need to be gentle mannered, hands on and able to prioritize the children's needs. The family is looking for a partnership with a nanny who is compassionate, playful, creative, upbeat and positive with a cultural understanding. A nanny experienced with supporting a dual working parent family with a team player mentality across all duties would be an ideal match for this family. The Nanny is responsible for all day infant care and school pick ups in the afternoons for their toddler, with flexibility for school drop off in the mornings as needed. An active and engaged candidate who can sustain long days with two young children is essential to this role.

Strong communication skills, an easy going attitude and common sense / good judgment are key to this role. Montessori knowledge / hands on experience is preferred, however the family will consider all qualified candidates.

Location : UES, NYC

Start date : No later than January, 2026 (flexible for a Nov / Dec 2025 start date for the right candidate)

Days / times : Guaranteed 40 hours / week (minimum) - family is open to either a Monday to Friday schedule, with hours to land between 10am - 6pm or a consolidated schedule Monday through Thursday. Flexibility as needed for additional hours is required. No consistent overtime is not expected for this role.

Children : Two sons (b. 2022 + 2025)

Conditions : $30 - $35 per hour
