Plant Maintenance Technician - Columbus, Ohio - JOB 25-01312 Salary Range : $25.00 - $28.00 / HR Permanent Position with Benefits 4 days / 12 hour shifts. 7pm to 7am for either Saturday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Friday or Sunday-Monday-Thursday-Friday. Columbus, Ohio area Manufacturing Company seeks a Plant Maintenance Technician who is able to maintain and repair machinery, equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, the manufacturing facility. REQUIREMENTS : Read and understand blueprints, hand-sketches, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical installation and repair manuals and able to follow verbal and written work instructions. Responsible for setting up and maintaining preventative maintenance programs, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts, teardown & rebuild machinery, fabricate parts, start-up and test run machinery. Experience with Food Quality and Food Safety compliance is a plus Familiar with machining, welding equipment and capable of becoming Forklift / Tow Motor Certified. Responsible for maintaining facility and grounds as needed. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
