Nigh-Time Donuts in Tooele, UT, is looking for one baker to join our 24-people-strong team. We are located at 299 N Main St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

Shifts are 11 pm - 5 am Sun -Wed, 9 pm - 5 am Thurs / Fri, averaging 38 hours per week. Start and end times will vary based on orders and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Mix and blend batters
• Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, donuts, or other products.
• Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
• Set fryer temperature and monitor or modify as needed
• Ice, glaze, and decorating baked goods
• Prepare and maintain inventory
• Clean and sanitize the workstation and equipment
