Job Description

As a Senior Superintendent, you'll be the on-site leader responsible for managing all field operations on large-scale mission critical and data center projects. Key responsibilities include : \n

\n

  • Lead daily site operations from mobilization through commissioning and turnover

\n

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to maintain schedule and quality
  • \n

  • Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
  • \n

  • Oversee installation of complex MEP systems and mission critical infrastructure
  • \n

  • Maintain detailed documentation including daily logs, inspections, and reports
  • \n

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and commissioning agents
  • \n

  • Conduct regular site meetings and ensure alignment across all trades
  • \n

  • Resolve field issues proactively and maintain high standards of workmanship
  • \n

  • Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of accountability and excellence
  • \n

  • Travel to project sites nationwide as needed
  • \n \n

    A successful Traveling Senior Superintendent - Data Centers should have : \n

  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in data centers or similar facilities.
  • \n

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • \n

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • \n

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignments.
  • \n

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
