A company is looking for a (Senior) Manager, US Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee US operations, including compliance, onboarding / offboarding, and benefits administration
Lead special projects related to US operations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Collaborate with global operations and support various functional teams on HR and operational tasks
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in people operations / HR, preferably in international nonprofit or social enterprise settings
Experience with US payroll taxes, benefits compliance, and nonprofit regulations
Ability to manage routine HR tasks as well as strategic planning
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Passion for global development and social impact
