We’re seeking a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Waterford, WI. This is a client-facing, onsite role that plays a vital part in supporting our agency's long-standing relationships and reputation for excellence in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry.

Knowledge
- Insurance Fundamentals : Solid understanding of personal lines insurance, including coverage types, underwriting processes, endorsements, and renewals.
- P&C Regulatory Standards : Familiarity with Wisconsin state insurance laws, compliance standards, and ethical practices in personal lines.
- Policy Documentation & Data Integrity : Strong awareness of the importance of accuracy in quoting, issuing, and servicing policies. Able to manage policy changes, endorsements, and documentation with precision.
- Technology Proficiency : Comfortable navigating agency management systems and CRM platforms. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and online carrier systems. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software.
- Client-Centered Approach : Deep understanding of the importance of client satisfaction, proactive communication, and relationship nurturing within the insurance industry.

Insurance Agency Background : 1–2 years of experience in a personal lines role within a P&C insurance agency.Licensed Professional : Active Wisconsin P&C License required.Customer-Facing Role : Previous experience in a client service or account management position where building and maintaining relationships was a core responsibility.Performance-Driven : Proven track record of meeting service deadlines, client expectations, and contributing positively to team goals.Professional Growth : Eager to continue learning through professional development opportunities, certifications, and on-the-job experience.Compensation & Benefits

1–2 years of experience in a Personal Lines role within a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance agencyActive P&C license in the state of Wisconsin (required)Strong follow-up and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple client needs and service requests efficientlyExcellent communication skills — both verbal and written — with a client-first, solutionTech-savvy and comfortable using agency management systems, carrier platforms, andMicrosoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
