Job descriptionCurrent LPN license in the state of KY Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility Knowledge of nursing principles and practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Considerable physical activity : Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to fifty (50) or more pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job. Push, pull, move, and / or lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds to a minimum height of three (3) feet and be able to push, pull, move, and / or carry such weight a minimum distance of fifty (50) feet. Standing and / or walking for more than four (4) hours per day. Bending and / or stooping for more than one (1) hour at a time.
Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our residents and ensuring their overall well-being.
Responsibilities :
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs of residents
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding resident care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
