What You’ll Do

Work alongside an experienced plumbing contractor on residential and / or commercial job sites

Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems

Learn how to read blueprints, follow building codes, and safely use plumbing tools and equipment

Participate in technical instruction and safety training

Gradually take on more responsibilities as skills develop

About the Apprenticeship

Duration : 1–5 years, depending on your existing experience and skill level

Training : Combination of on-the-job learning and technical instruction

Goal : Prepare you to become a licensed journeyman plumber

Tools & Safety Equipment : Provided or reimbursed for qualifying purchases

Who We’re Looking For

Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, or outdoors

Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Live in Pinellas County

Experience not required – just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!
