What You'll Do

In this role, you'll help to repair a variety of construction equipment including diesel trucks, trailers, excavators, dozers & more! You'll learn the inner workings of each piece of equipment, become an expert at what you do, and expand your skillset by working on different equipment each day. By doing so, you'll play an integral part as we stand together to reinvent the way our world is built.

If you're someone who has a few years of mechanic experience or equivalent education, have safety as your priority, love to problem solve and troubleshoot, and takes pride in rolling up your sleeves to get the job done, this is the career path for you.

Location : Eugene

Shift

Swing Shift, full time M-F. 8-12 hours per day. Weekends and overtime may be needed due to business demands.

Wage : $30.50 - 43.00 / hr DOE

What You Can Do (Minimum and Preferred Qualifications)

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2-4 years' diesel mechanic experience. Completion of diesel technology program may substitute up to 2 years of experience.
• Experience with diagnosis and troubleshooting on electrical, hydraulic, and air systems.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Safety minded professional who demonstrates good performance, attendance, and punctuality.
• Must pass pre-employment physical exam and pre-employment controlled substance testing.
