The Senior Finance Manager (SFM) is responsible for operating system wide financial processes for AdventHealth Medical Group. Through these processes the SFM will provide assistance to system wide finance, operational, and physician leaders at AdventHealth Medical Group with strategic and tactical decision making growing the organization. The SFM must ensure that financial statements are accurate, budgets are appropriate, pro formas or acquisitions contain proper assumptions and due diligence all while coordinating efforts to meet the varied demands of the multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment. The SFM produces models and projections used by all levels of leadership to make decisions and prioritize strategies. The SFM directly participates in the annual planning process, providing critical input to the development of volume projections, developing alternative and innovative ideas, and providing accurate forecasts.

The value you'll bring to the team :

  • Complex ad hoc reporting, analysis, and forecasting for the AdventHealth Medical Group leadership team.
  • Review and monitor financial metrics on a routine basis (daily, weekly, monthly) for larger, complex practices with possible reporting for more than one senior leader.
  • Present financial and trended statistical data on a routine basis both orally and written.
  • Develop, implement, calculate the financial impact and support process improvement / actionable information at all levels of the organization which includes but is not limited to business plans and strategic opportunities.
  • Creates, plans, and executes procedures and process of the department and the organization.

Qualifications

What You Will Need :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a business related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare industry finance / accounting and / or 5-10 years of overall experience in Finance / Accounting / related field.
  • Ability to compile and analyze financial information on trended data for financial decision making.
  • Strong interpersonal and managerial skills and innovative thinker.
