ELCO Lighting, a well-established lighting fixture manufacturing company in Los Angeles. We are seeking a sales professional who can succeed in increasing sales by managing independent sales reps and implementing creative sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities :
- 3 weeks of each month traveling to train sales representatives on product line
 - Manage sales reps sales numbers, target customers and target products
 - Introduce new products into the marketplace
 - Set up trade shows and meetings
 - Develop loyalty amongst new customers : Electrical Distributors and showrooms
 - Build new book of business through various channels
 
Qualifications :
Experience in the lighting industry is REQUIRED.Strong knowledge of lighting products, technologies, and market trends.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Established track record of leading and motivating sales teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Located in Los AngelesBenefits :
