What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive renewal outcomes and adoption motions across a portfolio of large, high‑growth enterprise accountsIdentify and mitigate adoption and renewal risks through proactive stakeholder engagementConduct regular business reviews with key collaborators and executives to ensure alignment on goalsDevelop and execute strategies that accelerate time to value and maximize customer ROIServe as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and guide resolution effortsWhat is Required (Qualifications)
BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Renewal Management, or Customer Success in SaaSProven experience with contract negotiation and a track record of timely deal completion
Experience in quota‑carrying roles with consistent performanceStrong written and verbal communication skillsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
