Job Description & Requirements Cardiovascular Surgery Physician StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $385.09 - $416.85 This facility is seeking a Cardiovascular Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity : Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM Practice Setting : Inpatient Types of Cases : Isolated CABG, CABG / AVR, AVR. Provide team support for interventional cardiology and electrophysiology, etc. Credentialing Timeframe : 90-120 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC Certifications Required : Must have Basic Life Support (BLS), ACLS : Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) Licensure Required : Must be Board Certified in Cardiovascular or Cardiothoracic Surgery, must have an active Indiana medical license Facility Location Lafayette is just s short drive north from Indianapolis and just across the river from West Lafayette, home of Purdue University. Although Purdue is located across the river, it in many ways bolsters the economy and entertainment options of its sister city.
