Customer Service Associate to manage the complete E-Commerce store experience :
o To learn our internal systems, process’ and software in order to be able to service our clientele.
o Receive orders from our online client portals. (Pressaro)
o Process orders into our internal order system (Printers Plan)
o Order product when necessary from our suppliers
o Pull product from inventory (boxed items are normally less than 30lbs)
o Pick, pack and ship product using our shipping software
o Close out orders and prep for billing (or actually bill them)
o Manage / Monitor inventory
o Prepare monthly activity reports (when necessary)
There are systems and process’ in place for all the above.
To summarize :
Computer work, desk work and hands on physical activity.
Location : Southeast Cleveland suburb with easy access from I-480 or I-271
