Electrical Project Manager –Federal Projects

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead multiple commercial and federal electrical construction projects from start to finish. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, a solid understanding of federal contracting requirements (FAR, DFARS, etc.) , and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively. This is a safety sensitive position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of electrical projects.
• Manage field teams, subcontractors, and project staff with strong, people-first leadership.
• Ensure full compliance with federal contract terms , safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Prepare and review submittals, RFPs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, GCs, engineers, and government representatives.
• Maintain cost control, forecast labor and materials, and track project profitability.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
