Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Mercer County. This is a flexible opportunity to work with a supportive and innovative organization that values clinical excellence and work-life balance.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct initial behavioral evaluations and ongoing reassessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to ABA Therapists
• Analyze client data to guide treatment modifications
• Deliver parent training and caregiver support sessions
• (Optional) Supervise BCBA candidates working towards certification
