Proposal & Technical Writer Job at Last Call Media in Boston

Role Impact

Last Call Media (“Last Call”) is looking for a Proposal & Technical Writer who has consistently written compelling proposals that won work. You'll translate complex technical solutions into clear, persuasive narratives that demonstrate Last Call’s value to prospective clients and help us stand out in competitive procurements. You'll be instrumental in maturing our proposal function—refining our processes, strengthening our content library, and establishing best practices as we scale.

Key Accountabilities

You’ll own and be measured on :

Technical Proposal Writing

• Owns end-to-end writing of proposal content that aligns with win themes, sales strategy, RFP requirements, and evaluation criteria
• Self-edits content for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with Last Call’s brand voice and tone guidelines
• Success looks like clear, persuasive proposal content that differentiates Last Call and wins competitive procurements
