As a Senior Director, Revenue Marketing, you will play a critical role within the Corporate Marketing Team, responsible for driving measurable growth through the orchestration of full-funnel marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives. This leader will design and execute integrated campaigns that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and optimize conversion at every stage of the customer journey. The Director will manage a diverse team, including digital experience, eCommerce, inside sales, CRM, and Paid Media.
This position requires a seasoned marketing leader with a track record of building high-performance teams, aligning marketing with sales, and delivering clear, measurable business outcomes.

Additional InformationThe Corporate Marketing Group operates within an Agile framework, utilizing Scrum methodology for effective planning. The team orchestrates its activities in sprints spanning three weeks, meticulously tracking progress and tasks through a digital platform, specifically Jira. With four teams concurrently running four sprints, the team engages in regular ceremonies to maintain alignment and momentum. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is imperative. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in reinforcing and enhancing this collaborative approach, ensuring the team consistently delivers the highest quality outcomes with optimal efficiency.

The typical pay range for this role is $174,000-$217,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position may include a discretionary bonus based on performance.
