Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Underwrite and evaluate potential multifamily acquisitions using financial models and market analysis.
• Support the acquisition process including due diligence, contract review, and coordination with legal and third-party consultants.
• Prepare materials for internal investment committee presentations.
• Conduct demographic and economic research to support investment theses.
• Assist asset management with budget reviews, investor communications, and performance tracking.
