Wireless Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :

• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of wireless products, plans, and promotions to assist customers accurately and confidently
• Deliver excellent service by educating customers, answering questions, and recommending the right wireless solutions for their needs
• Represent major telecommunications brands in a professional, friendly, and trustworthy manner
• Open new customer accounts, process transactions, and help with service upgrades, plan changes, and activations
