Join our dynamic Finance Leadership\nDevelopment Program, a 24-month rotational program, and embark on a\ntransformative journey toward becoming a future finance leader. Our mission is\nclear :  Accelerating the growth of aspiring finance leaders. We\nbelieve in providing a holistic learning experience that combines hands-on\nexposure, structured learning, and personalized guidance. As part of our\nprogram, you’ll work alongside seasoned professionals, tackle real-world\nchallenges, and contribute to strategic initiatives, all while developing\nknowledge of our policies and procedures crucial to being trusted business\nleaders.

We’re committed to nurturing your growth\nand empowering you to make a meaningful impact through :

• Rotational Assignments :  Dive into different facets of finance, from financial planning and analysis to risk management and asset safeguarding. Each of the 4, 6-month rotations will broaden your skill set and deepen your understanding of our organization.
• Training :  Our comprehensive training program covers technical skills, leadership development, and immersion into our products and services. You’ll attend workshops, participate in case studies, and engage with thought leaders.
• Coaching :  You won’t be on this journey alone. Throughout the program, you’ll receive coaching and mentoring from associates throughout Finance who will guide you, provide feedback, and help you navigate your career.
