Agentic Private Bank Data Scientist, Vice President

J ob Responsibilities :

• Collaborate across Bankers, Client Services, Operations, Product and Technology teams to understand existing processes and bottlenecks, recommending transformative processes to achieve measurable productivity and efficiency gains.
• Design and execute A / B tests and experimental designs to validate hypotheses and quantify business outcomes with statistical confidence.
• Build interpretable predictive models using techniques such as linear / logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, and gradient boosting methods, focusing on interpretability and statistical validity.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to uncover hidden patterns and generate actionable insights from structured and unstructured data sources.
• Design and implement complex algorithms and data-driven models to extract insights and drive decision-making .
