Job Description :

Bath Fitter is looking for a hungry Sales Manager to drive sales performance, build high-performing teams, and support Sales Consultants. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in developing teams, sharpening execution, and championing a performance-first culture.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and developing Sales Consultants to achieve individual and branch goals.
  • Champion clear communication, measurable goals, and follow-through to ensure commitments are met.
  • Analyze KPIs to drive performance, improve sales efficiency, and increase revenue.
  • Build and sustain a culture of ownership, engagement, and continuous improvement where every team member is responsible for results.
  • Become an expert on Bath Fitter products and benefits.
  • Use proven sales processes and methods.
  • Meet or exceed closing sales objectives within company guidelines.
  • Oversee day-to-day performance and development of Sales Consultants within the assigned region.

    • Requirements : Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or regional management roles.
  • Willingness to travel frequently through the assigned region.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Must be honest, ethical, and reliable.
  • Have a warm, outgoing personality.
  • Possess a genuine desire to meet with and help people.
  • Confident with a commitment to succeed.
  • Be proficient in the use of computers as well as an iPad / Tablet.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
