Your Responsibilities :
Provide professional nursing duties following facility policies, procedures, and the standards of the State of New Hampshire Nurse Practice Act.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and update personalized resident care plans.Implement care protocols addressing falls prevention, safety, infection control, and more.Document changes in residents' health and communicate findings to the primary care physician and treatment team.Supervise direct caregivers, prepare daily assignments, and provide leadership.Build positive relationships with team members, residents, and their families to foster effective communication.Administer medications and treatments while ensuring compliance with professional guidelines and nursing policies.Contribute to a positive workplace culture for both residents and team members.Your Qualifications :
A Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited college, university, or nursing school.Experience in long-term care and knowledge of the elderly and rehabilitative nursing preferred.Current Registered Nursing (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New Hampshire required. IV administration certification is a plus.
