Ras Program Specialist
Ras Program Specialist role involves providing education and information about programs or services to end user pharmacies enrolled in Ras programs. Position coordinates resources, facilitates communication across platforms and business units and ensure delivery of high-quality support services to meet program objectives. Plays a key role in problem resolution, process improvement, and overall success of the programs.
Key responsibilities include :
- Serving as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients for Ras programs, i.e. cash management, pharmacy voucher, RxLocal Educate
- Becoming a subject matter expert on the benefits and advantages of Ras programs and effectively communicating those with customers
- Working closely with other departments and teams to ensure alignment on program benefits, troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Identifying and escalating issues or challenges that arise with the support functions of Ras programs
- Assisting in developing and implementing solutions to resolve problems and prevent recurrence
- Identifying areas for improvement in current support processes and procedures
- Maintaining comprehensive records of support activities including issue logs and service requests
- Becoming knowledgeable in and utilizing diverse Erp systems across the RedSail base
Education / training :
BA in Business or a related fieldProven experience in support servicesQualifications :
Familiarity with pharmacy vouchers, claims switching, and pharmacy management systems.Strong organizational and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in utilizing office applications, i.e. Microsoft Office SuiteStrong problem-solving skillsPhysical demands, working conditions, and general employment guidelines :
Moderate levels of stress may be experienced in this role, especially when working on complex software projects. The job is performed in a general office environment, home office, or approved remote workspace where physical activities include sitting, standing, and occasional light lifting (up to 25 lbs).Equipment :
