Cheese Production Operator

In our Milbank, South Dakota location, you will work with state-of-the-art technology and processes specifically designed to produce premium cheese and dairy ingredients. This role is critical in ensuring our production lines operate efficiently, maintaining the high standards of safety, quality and productivity that Valley Queen is known for. Operate and maintain cheese production equipment efficiently to meet production targets. Monitor the cheese making process and adjust the equipment as necessary to ensure product quality. Perform regular checks and maintenance on production machinery to reduce downtime and increase efficiency. Strict adherence to health and safety standards, and maintaining cleanliness around the work area. Collaborate with quality assurance to ensure the final product meets required quality standards. Accurately record production data and maintain logs of equipment performance and output. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements. Experience with machine operation and maintenance in a food production environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor production machinery.
